After Recording

Once your deed is recorded, the county will update ownership and mail you the original document. While you wait, your email confirmation and online status serve as proof of ownership.

It’s normal for mail to take a little longer. You’ll get a screenshot of the ‘Recorded’ status and prompt updates every step of the way.

If Something Needs a Fix

If a filing bounces, we correct it and resubmit. You’ll always know what changed and why.

When We Use a Title Company

A title company is optional for smaller purchases.

Larger deals are handled through Pioneer Title for escrow and verification.

Ask for details about when title is recommended.

What to Expect from the Land

This is Arizona desert. Heat and wind are part of life. Many owners haul water and use solar. Roads can be rough, and cattle may roam. We want to explain these realities up front so you can decide with a clear head.

Questions welcome

If a step is unclear, ask. If you want another example, ask. The goal is simple. By the time you hold the deed, nothing about the process should surprise you.
