Purchase Card
How to read a listing card
Every parcel has an APN. That is the county’s ID for the land. Click the link to see the parcel on the county site.
You can verify ownership, taxes, and the map.
Our card gives you a quick view. The county link is the official source.

Step 1
Start with your goal
A future homesite asks different questions than a weekend basecamp. Builders should focus on zoning and setbacks. Campers should focus on access and nearby roads. If you are unsure, ask.
APN 003-2837
Step 2
When you are ready
Note the APN so we speak about the same property. Tell us your payment path. Pay in full. Split the payment. Or use seller financing. We prepare the deed and the affidavit and submit them for recording.

Step 3
Verifying the details
We strive to give you as many details as possibile, but for full transparency we always link to the county APN. Use the APN link on the card to open the county parcel viewer. That is where you can confirm the facts.
RESERVED
Step 4
Reserve your parcel
Share the APN and we’ll place a hold while we complete final checks and draft your paperwork. We’ll confirm the hold window, any refundable amount, and the next steps by email. The card will show Reserved so it’s off the market while we move to payment terms.

Step 5
Reality check time
This is Arizona desert. Heat and wind are common. Many owners haul water and use solar. Plan for a septic system. Some roads are rough. Open range means cattle may wander. If any of that gives you pause, ask and we will tell you what we know.

Step 6
Finalize purchase terms
With the parcel details verified and your decision made all you need to do is purchase. You can pay in full, split payments, or choose seller financing.
We’ll guide you through each step so ownership feels simple and certain.
